  • Giant Token ($GTAN)
  • Giant Wallet
  • Giant Launchpad
  • Any related platforms, tools, or services operated by the Giant Token Ecosystem

By accessing or using any part of the Giant Token Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platforms, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction.

2. Nature of the Project (No Financial Advice)

Giant Token is a decentralized blockchain ecosystem focused on charity, Web3 innovation, and digital finance.

  • Nothing on our platforms constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • Cryptocurrencies are inherently volatile and risky.
  • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and actions.

3. Decentralized Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You control your own wallet and private keys.
  • We do not custody user funds.
  • Lost private keys, incorrect transactions, or unauthorized access to your wallet are not recoverable by us.

4. Use of Giant Wallet

Giant Wallet allows users to:

  • Send and receive supported cryptocurrencies
  • View balances and transaction history
  • Interact with decentralized applications (DApps)
  • Make donations using supported tokens (including $GTAN)

You understand that:

  • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Network fees (“gas fees”) apply and are not controlled by us.
  • Availability of features may vary by blockchain network.

5. Giant Launchpad Usage

Giant Launchpad enables projects to launch tokens and users to participate in presales and fair launches.

You acknowledge that:

  • Project owners are responsible for their own tokens and disclosures.
  • Giant Launchpad does not guarantee project success.
  • Participation in presales carries risk, including partial or total loss.
  • Claims, refunds, and liquidity events follow predefined smart contract rules.

6. Fees

Certain services may include platform fees, transaction fees, or listing fees.
All applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any action.

Fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.

7. Charity & Donations

Donations made through the Giant Token Ecosystem:

  • Are voluntary and irreversible
  • Are executed on-chain for transparency
  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
  • Are subject to blockchain network conditions

We strive for transparency but do not act as trustees or custodians of donated funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Exploit smart contracts or system vulnerabilities
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use the platform in jurisdictions where crypto is prohibited

Violations may result in access restriction or permanent suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of the Giant Token Ecosystem unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
